BIO
Rachel is a recent James Madison University graduate. She is joining EPR as a GIS Planner. Throughout her time at school, she focused on using remote sensing and GIS software to highlight different types of inequity in cities. At EPR, Rachel hopes to continue using data to help improve the quality of life of the communities around her, as well as make maps accessible and easy to understand for everyone.
