BIO
Rachel joined the EPR team as a GIS Planner in 2022. She graduated from James Madison University, where she focused on using remote sensing and GIS software to highlight different types of inequity in cities. At EPR, Rachel continues to use data to help improve the quality of life in the communities around her and strives to make maps accessible and easy to understand for everyone.
