EPR provided stormwater management services for the improvements at 1605 Cedar Hill Road.

An existing private culvert located on the 1605 Cedar Hill Road parcel drains 14 acres of private property and streets. The culvert discharges into an open drainage channel which exhibits both deposition and erosion. The proposed improvements included the replacement of the existing culvert and regrade the channel to eliminate the dangerous slope and improve the erosion concerns.  The stormwater outflow will be piped across the property past the rear of the existing home structure, into an open channel taking the stormwater off the landowner’s property and mitigating the erosion of the area. The project improvements include the relocation of the family shrub, replacement of culvert, addition of a manhole, replacement of landowner’s driveway, and landscaping repairs and restoration.
