Alternative Delivery
EPR can provide inspection services at both the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) levels for design build projects. With a thorough understanding of construction and many staff members who have contracting backgrounds we can partner with design-build teams to assure a quality project and effective, timely communication is being maintained with the project owner.
Construction Engineering Inspection
State transportation departments (DOT’s) and local governments utilize construction inspectors to staff maintenance or construction projects. At times these inspectors supplement the owner’s staff while in some scenarios they need turnkey management. EPR can provide a level of support to match the owner’s requirements, scaling up or down as needed throughout the life of the project.
Support Services
EPR can also provide support services on construction and maintenance projects which would include constructability reviews, cost estimation, value engineering, or schedule reviews.
