BIO
Christina Moss is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Stuart Weitzman School of Design, where she earned her Master of City Planning degree with a concentration in Smart Cities. As a Planner at EPR, she brings experience gained during her time at Penn and beyond in comprehensive planning, zoning ordinances, land use planning, and multimodal transportation research. Her background includes planning consulting at Clarion Associates and research roles with the Housing Initiative at Penn and the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Planning and Development, where she explored topics such as rural homelessness, land use, and equitable access to housing and transit. Originally from Alabama, her interests include how data and digital tools can support more inclusive planning outcomes and advance connectivity in rural communities.
