BIO
Chris joined EPR as a full-time planner in June 2024. Chris has experience in site development, zoning analysis, and application preparation for cities and counties across Virginia. His academic background at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he focused on fostering a sense of place in small communities, is complemented by his hands-on experience producing future land use scenarios. At EPR, he has worked on projects ranging from comprehensive plan updates to small area plans and zoning ordinance revisions.
