BIO
Charlie joined EPR as a Planner in 2026 following graduation from the University of Virginia with his Master’s of Urban and Environmental Planning. He has one year of experience as a planning intern at EPR and has also worked in planning in Pennsylvania as an intern during his final year at Gettysburg College. Charlie brings a passion for community service and involvement, with the goal of helping communities achieve their goals.
