We are pleased to announce that Amanda Poncy, AICP, has joined EPR, PC, after nearly 10 years as the City of Charlottesville’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator.  “Amanda will bring additional depth to our team as a seasoned active transportation practitioner. Her experience implementing multimodal transportation plans in a complex urban environment and understanding of the transportation funding landscape will help our clients navigate the challenges of plan development and implementation,” said Bill Wuensch.
