Deniece DeLong is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience supporting business operations, marketing, and proposal development. As Operations Coordinator at EPR, she supports key projects, coordinates administrative operations, and contributes to marketing efforts. Her background includes extensive work with RFPs and EOIs for local and state agencies, including VDOT, as well as developing firm profiles, resumes, and presentations that align with branding and client requirements.
Previously, Deniece served as Senior Proposal Coordinator at Rinker Design Associates and as Business Manager at Land Planning and Design Associates, where she oversaw business administration, HR, and financial operations.
