(EPR) is a Virginia based multidisciplinary firm focused on the integration of transportation, land use, and community design to create effective and lasting plans and designs for our clients. Founded in 2011, EPR’s staff brings expertise in transportation and traffic engineering, land use and transportation planning, urban design, and civil engineering to clients across the Mid-Atlantic and southeast.

Our company includes engineers, designers, and planners holding licenses in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Kentucky, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.
