BIO

Jessica began her career in traffic engineering in New York City, building a foundation of technical knowledge.  In 2008, she moved to Charlottesville, VA and developed transportation and land use planning and policy expertise through a variety of interdisciplinary projects for VDOT and other state and local agencies throughout the east coast.  Between 2014 and 2016, Jessica managed a South Florida office and several on-call planning contracts for FDOT. Jessica joined EPR in 2018 bringing this background of project management to projects that integrate high level community visioning with technical feasibility analysis.  Her experience includes multimodal corridor planning, transportation and land use planning for transit-oriented development, traffic analysis, and public and stakeholder engagement.   Jessica’s strong communication skills and attention to detail ensure she meets clients’ expectations.
