BIO

Lynette Wuensch, P.E., CFM, RS has a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering and 30 years of experience working with communities and project owners on a variety of engineering and planning efforts. Lynette is a versatile civil engineer with extensive experience working with citizens and stakeholders on a wide variety of project types.  She leads public involvement efforts for multimodal planning and design projects, works with stakeholders including homeowner associations as part of site assessments and economic and cost analyses for reserve studies, and also leads EPR’s civil design practice. Project experience ranges from site master planning, multimodal planning and design, signing and striping projects, traffic signal design, design of traffic control devices, bicycle and pedestrian improvements, site and stormwater engineering, public involvement and facilitation, and estimating life cycle costs for building and infrastructure assets.

CAPITAL RESERVE STUDIES

  • Certified as a reserve specialist by the CAI
  • Performed and supervised over 600 Reserve Studies in Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
  • Experience spans a wide and diverse clientele, from historic buildings, small condominiums, and homeowner associations to large-scale communities.
  • Conduct working sessions to review site-specific components and funding requirements
  • Conduct field investigations to prepare detailed assessments of the building and amenities conditions relative to lift cycle and maintenance funding.
